If you would like your child to receive any medication while at school, a parent/guardian must bring the medication to the Health Center and sign a form that will allow the nurse to give it. This applies to over the counter medications as well (ex: Tylenol, ibuprofen, Midol). 

-Medication for your student can be kept in the Health Office all school year.

-All prescription medication must have the prescription medication form filled out by the prescribing doctor.

-Student’s may NOT have any medications (including over the counter) on their person while on campus. 

-For student’s who need to carry EpiPen’s, inhalers, insulin, etc on them, a parent must fill out a Self Carry form in the health office each school year. 

-We can’t give ANY medication to students without a parent / guardian bringing it into the Health Center.
