What is DECA?
DECA is an international career and technical student organization that prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. Members compete in real business scenarios, develop professional communication skills, and gain hands-on experience through conferences, role-plays, written projects, and leadership opportunities at the district, state, and international levels.
